Safety and security have never been more important. Do you know who you are hiring? Really? You can be held liable if you hire negligently. Be prepared and compliant by making sure you perform a background check. HRS offers many different types of background checks and will work with you to determine which check is best. Does your employee’s job include driving from one location to another? A driver’s check can show if this employee has any DUIs, speeding infractions, or traffic violations. Hiring someone to handle all your money? How is their credit report…any history of outstanding debts or numerous collection agencies reported?
Our background checking service finds out what you need to know. Checks include:

2. References -
HRS will check up to three past employment references and provide a detailed, written report to the client with all information collected. We will seek all channels of information to learn about work habits, performance, attendance, accuracy, and other valuable work traits. A separate narrative will be provided for each applicant referred to HRS for checking. Reference checking is labor intensive and requires skill and experience to garner relevant information. HRS uses all possible avenues to provide the best possible information. Our package checking fees start at $105.00.
