FMLA PROGRAM COM PONENTS

1. Direct employee contact and follow up
  • Calculate eligibility
  • Employee notifications
  • Handle employee questions
  • Review certifications
2. Contact with physicians and employee representatives, as required

3. Total administration and documentation of program
  • Accept and process employee requests for FMLA
  • Notify employees and HR of status of requests
  • Provide all required follow up with employee, company HR and physicians

4. Address questions and inquiries from employees, physicians, Human Resources and employee representatives. Supply all required postings and employee notices.

5. Maintain all regulatory required and company required record keeping

6. On site meetings with/train Human Resources staff, supervisors and managers or employee groups

7. Unlimited telephone consultations with your Human Resources staff, supervision and management, employees, employee representatives and physicians

8. Review and update company FMLA policies and procedures as required. Provide on-going reports and advice to HR management of FMLA claims and requests.
