1. Policy and Handbooks –
Every organization needs a set of written policies dealing with all matters regarding employment and other aspects of its business. Good HR policies and a handbook for employees are essential to good management and critical in minimizing risk in employment related matters. HRS/TND Associates has compiled hundreds of Policy Manuals and Employee Handbooks for companies of all sizes and types. Our books have passed legal review by our clients’ attorneys, and at the same time draw praise for their clarity and ease of understanding. If your handbook is more than two years old, it is out of date. Each of our books is custom made to the client’s need.
2. Compensation –
HRS/TND Associates offers a full range of compensation-related services. We can provide wage and salary surveys, internal analysis, external analysis, full-pay plan development, and comprehensive job analysis with valuation. Whether you need to know about one job, a whole job family, or every job in the house, we can assist in any phase of compensation planning and design. HRS will create pay plans that are internally equitable, externally competitive, and legally compliant.
3. Testing –
More informed hiring decisions lead to more productive and valuable employees. HRS/TND Associates uses a tool that identifies work behaviors of candidates in its Recruiting and Search Practice. This instrument is now available to employers for screening positions from clerical to executive. Our system provides a multi-page narrative describing work characteristics that help in selecting employees who will "fit in."
Clients and candidates alike claim that the results are accurate. The HRS instrument only takes a few minutes to administer, and the scoring turnaround time is measured in hours. HRS/TND Associates believes testing is a valuable asset in hiring decisions, but, like any single measure, should not be the sole determining factor.
4. Affirmative Action Plans –
If your company is a federal contractor, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action compliance poses specific obligations regarding plan development, record keeping and periodic investigation or agency review. HRS/TND Associates provides the expertise and experience for successfully management of AAP projects.
