Thomas N. Dondore, SPHR - President of HRS/TND ASSOCIATES, INC. Over thirty four years of Executive Human Resource management experience in healthcare, manufacturing, training and consulting provide leadership and broad expertise to our practice. Tom has taught at Penn State University and Cedar Crest College in Management, Health Administration, Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resources. He has regional and national experience in all aspects of Human Resource management and consulting. A Charter Board Member of the SHRM Consultants Forum, Tom is a national lecturer and trainer to other HR consultants. He is a skilled employee benefits consultant and broker licensed in Pennsylvania.
Michael P. Krepps, SPHR (Senior Consultant) - Mike brings over twenty years of senior Human Resource management experience to HRS with specialty skills in Employee Relations, Policy Development, Training, Comp, and Benefits. Mike holds the highest level of professional certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a graduate of Alvernia College, Penn State University, and the GPU Executive Institute at Penn State. Mike is a certified Mediator with the EEOC. He is a past president of the Berks Chapter of SHRM and serves on several professional and community boards and committees.
Michael H. Scheerer, MBA, M. Ed. (Senior Consultant) - Mike Scheerer has a professional background combining education, training, counseling and Human Resources and gained his HR expertise over 15 years at Mack Trucks and Waste Management. He served in various management and teaching positions at Mount St. Mary's College. He is certified in O. D. I. and D. D. I. and is the consummate leader and expert in employee relations techniques and programs. Additionally, Mike has served as a general business manager for a retail and service chain in Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Frostburg State University and holds his MBA from Mount St. Mary's College and his M. Ed. from Loyola College.
Carol Pinkasavage, PHR (Senior Consultant) - Carol has more than 20 years of Human Resources generalist experience working with local employers. Carol’s primary focus has been on employee relations, recruiting, supervisor development, employee benefits, policy development and employee communication. Her experience in formalizing human resources functions at several companies gives her a unique perspective in understanding the challenges faced by small and mid-sized employers. Carol is a graduate of Alvernia College and a certified Professional in Human Resources.
Charles J. McCormick (Senior Consultant) - Chuck brings over thirty years of executive-level H R experience in industries including foods, chemical and pharmaceuticals. Previous employers include Wyeth, Eastman Kodak Company and Goodman Fielder Ltd., an Australian-based food company, where he led Human Resources for the Western Hemisphere. He has extensive knowledge in the areas of, employment and staffing, training and development, mergers and acquisitions, Balanced Score Card implementation and compensation and benefits. He is a licensed Insurance Producer in Pennsylvania. Chuck is a graduate of the State University of New York. He serves as the President of the Lebanon Valley Management Club and is a past member of the Lebanon Valley United Way Board of Directors.
Rita R. Burns, SPHR (Senior Consultant) - Possessing over thirty years of Human Resources experience, Rita applies the broad scope of HR disciplines to solutions and strategies which suit numerous environments. Rita established a reputation for fairness and operational efficiency with prestigious local technology, utility and accounting employers. She also operated her own consulting business serving various industries, including manufacturing, construction, retail, and banking. She has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, policy development, the communication of HR issues, the application of technology, and the successful resolution of sensitive employee relations matters. Rita is an honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
Gary L. Dologite, SPHR (Senior Consultant) - Gary is a practiced HR professional with over thirty years of generalist experience in education, insurance, manufacturing / distribution, and financial services. He set up HR Departments in two organizations, and has developed a depth of knowledge and experience in compensation, benefits analysis, and labor law application. Gary is President of the SHRM - Lehigh Valley Chapter, sits on the Northampton County Governing Council's Human Resources Commission, and the Board of the Hispanic American Organization. Gary is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having lived and taught agriculture in Guatemala. Gary holds Bachelors from West Chester University, a Masters from Lehigh University, and Senior Professional Certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute.
Robert Werkheiser, Jr. (Site Consultant/Administrator) - Bob came to HRS as an intern from Pennsylvania State University and now he is a graduate in Business with a specialty in Human Resources. He served for some time as the HRS business Administrator and was instrumental in establishing our FMLA Administration Service. Bob is also well versed in benefits administration. He has been assigned to outsourcing clients to serve as HR Manager.
Sean Glasser (Firm Administrator/COBRA Administration) - Sean has a degree in Psychology and Counseling with a specialty in Human Resources from Pennsylvania State University and is responsible for administrative matters, assists the professional consultants and maintains our E-Newsletter. Sean plans and organizes our frequent client and public seminars on pertinent HR and Benefits topics and manages our COBRA Administration and Background Checking Service.
